How does the quoting and payment process work with my NDIS plan?
We aim to make this process as clear as possible. Once you have a detailed report from your Occupational Therapist (OT) outlining the required modifications, we will provide a comprehensive quote. This quote is then submitted to the NDIA for approval. How payment is handled depends on how your NDIS plan is managed:
- Agency-Managed: We submit our invoice directly to the NDIS portal for payment.
- Plan-Managed: We send our invoice to your nominated Plan Manager, who then pays us from your NDIS funding.
- Self-Managed: We provide you with the invoice to pay directly, and you can then claim reimbursement from the NDIA.
