Craig Clark
Director
The founder of Clark Building Services Craig became a site supervisor early on in his career, tackling many high end residential renovations on waterfront properties throughout Sydney. When it comes to builds with a high end of difficulty Craig has the experience with an eye for detailing and designing. In New Zealand he became the project manager for a firm specialising in architecturally designed homes. Again overseeing very complex high end of difficulty residential and commercial builds.
Clayton Francisco
Project Manager
Clay has vast experience with suspended concrete slabs and lift shafts. Dating back to his first year as an apprentice where nearly every job was a high residential or commercial project. Delivering all the vertical transport at Westfield Kotara, Clay thoroughly understands concrete structure and safety. In his spare time Clay is a young board member of the Hunter Master Builders Association.
Ben Sharman
Estimator
Ben carefully estimates and sources quality materials from our loyal suppliers. With the Covid epidemic causing delays Ben has been able to navigate through complex time restraints to make sure materials will be readily available for the job at hand.
Dylan Berry
Leading Hand Carpenter
As a leading hand carpenter Dylan works closely with Wade to ensure each job is carefully managed. Time management and communication on the building site ensures each job runs to the clock with little room for error. Not just another chippy a full time staff member of Clark Building Services.
Karen Staheyeff
Admin & Accounts
Karen is in charge of accounts and handles all the purchasing ,staff admin and HR. Keeping Craig and everyone on their toes Karen is a key member of the team who ensures Craig and the team can fully focus on the job at hand and not worrying about admin details.
Wade Lawrence
Leading Hand Carpenter
Wade applies himself on the building site 110% and focuses on time management and keeping communication lines open at all times. With a fine eye for detail wade measures twice working with quality materials.
Connor Hearn
4th Year Apprentice
Connor shows great enthusiasm with every task that the team sets for him. Eager to learn the ropes he has already developed great confidence having some of the best builders in Australia guiding him carefully on each project. Connor has set himself long term goals and see’s a long future with CBS.
Paul Greig
IT and Marketing
Paul is in charge of IT and makes sure all systems are running smoothly within the communication that threads the whole team together. With 15 yrs experience in computer systems Paul is a valuable member of Clark Building Services.
Zac Robards
2nd Year Apprentice
Zac shows great enthusiasm with every task that the team sets for him. Eager to learn the ropes he has already developed great confidence having some of the best builders in Australia guiding him carefully on each project.
